The Tajdeed Iraq Organization, in cooperation with the Arab Mine Action Consultancy Crew and under the supervision of the Mine Action Department, held a training workshop for female staff in the Iraqi Ministry of Defense on mine action pillars in the Salah al-Din Hall at the Palestine Hotel on May 7 and 8, 2024. 25 trainees participated in the course and were briefed on the nature of mine action work and its removal for humanitarian purposes, survey work, awareness, and victim assistance.
